Really relaxing lymphatic facial massage - thanks!
I booked a 45 minute physio assessment following concerns with hip mobility and pain. Micheal was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem. He created an exercise plan tailored to my needs and gave me confidence that I will be able to reach my goals.

Had an absolutely lovely Indian head massage and facial from Chelsea. I was extremely comfortable and relaxed throughout, and left feeling really refreshed. She focused on using the right products on my (difficult!!) sensitive skin and ensured I was comfortable throughout. I would really recommend!!

Had the new collagen facial. It is my 3rd time for this. My appointment started promptly and Courtney was friendly, checking in on how I’d been, how my skin had been since last one.
